Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to work carried out by DM Heating and Cooling, 67 Marlowe Road, Aylesford, Larkfield, Kent ME20 6TW.
Estimates
Surveys and estimates are free of charge and carry no call-out fee or obligation. Estimates are given in writing and are based on what was visible and agreed at the time of the survey. If work that could not reasonably be seen at survey comes to light once we start, we will stop, explain it and agree any change in price with you before continuing.
Carrying out the work
Gas work is carried out under our Gas Safe registration, company registration number 552490. Refrigerant work is carried out as an F-Gas registered company, FGAS ID FGAS3023734. We work standard working hours, with emergency call-outs available where possible. Appointment times are arranged with you directly and we will tell you honestly if we are running late.
Workmanship guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from completion. The guarantee covers the quality of the work we carried out. Manufacturer warranties on boilers, air conditioning units, parts and other equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms, which usually include annual servicing. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations, or a lack of required servicing.
Insurance
We hold £5m public liability insurance and £10m employers' liability insurance. We are a Checkatrade member and hold Constructionline Gold accreditation.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your written estimate or invoice and agreed with you before work begins.
Cancellation
You can cancel or rearrange a booked appointment by calling or emailing us. Where you have the legal right to cancel a contract agreed away from our premises, that right is unaffected by these terms.

Information on this website is provided in good faith and is not a quotation. Photographs may be representative of the type of work we carry out. Nothing on this site forms a contract until we have given you a written estimate and you have accepted it.
