Who we help, and what we do
DM Heating and Cooling is a family-run plumbing, heating and air conditioning company working for homeowners across Maidstone, Medway and the surrounding towns. Most people call us for one of three reasons: a boiler that has reached the end of its life, a heating system that never quite warms the rooms they actually use, or a house that becomes unbearable in summer.
Co-owners Dan and Dean are both Vaillant Advance Installers, and all four of the family team, Dan, Dean, Owen and Jack, are individually Gas Safe registered under company registration 552490. The company is F-Gas registered for domestic air conditioning, split systems and multi-split systems covering several rooms.
The team is a true family operation. Dan and Dean have trained their sons, Owen and Jack, who now work in the business too. That is why the same faces turn up from the first survey to the final check, and why nobody here is in a hurry to leave a job half-finished.
We specialise in boiler installation, air conditioning installation, full central heating installation, along with boiler and air conditioning servicing and everyday domestic plumbing. Whatever the job, the outcome we are aiming at is the same: heat, hot water and cool air you never have to think about again.

"From my first enquiry to completion of works I found them to be very courteous, hard working and competitively priced. Dan carried out a full survey and gave a cost breakdown for works. A date was booked and the guys turned up on time and work was completed within the given timescale. They were very polite and tidy and even vacuumed after completion. I am so happy with my new hot/cold air conditioning unit which will enable me to work comfortably from home and sleep at night. They even sorted my dripping tap free of charge!
