"From my first enquiry to completion of works I found them to be very courteous, hard working and competitively priced. Dan carried out a full survey and gave a cost breakdown for works. A date was booked and the guys turned up on time and work was completed within the given timescale. They were very polite and tidy and even vacuumed after completion. I am so happy with my new hot/cold air conditioning unit which will enable me to work comfortably from home and sleep at night. They even sorted my dripping tap free of charge! I would highly recommend DM Heating and Cooling."

- Yes. We are a Gas Safe registered company, registration number 552490, and all four of us, Dan, Dean, Owen and Jack, are individually on the Gas Safe Register. Co-owners Dan and Dean are also Vaillant Advance Installers.
- Do you offer emergency call-outs?
- We work standard working hours, with emergency call-outs available where possible. Call Dan or Dean directly and we will tell you honestly when we can get to you.
- Is your work guaranteed?
- Yes, a 1-year workmanship guarantee covers any work we carry out. We also hold £5m public liability and £10m employers' liability insurance.
- Do you install air conditioning in homes?
- Yes, domestic air conditioning only at this time, both split systems and multi-split systems. We are an F-Gas registered company (FGAS ID FGAS3023734).
- Which areas do you cover?
- We cover Maidstone, Aylesford, Rochester, Snodland, West Malling, Kings Hill and the surrounding areas. If your town is not listed, call and ask.
