Do you charge a call-out fee for a quote?: No. Surveys and estimates are free. We come out, look at the job and give you a price with no obligation.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?: Yes. We are a Gas Safe registered company, registration number 552490, and all four of us, Dan, Dean, Owen and Jack, are individually on the Gas Safe Register. Co-owners Dan and Dean are also Vaillant Advance Installers.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?: We work standard working hours, with emergency call-outs available where possible. Call Dan or Dean directly and we will tell you honestly when we can get to you.
Is your work guaranteed?: Yes, a 1-year workmanship guarantee covers any work we carry out. We also hold £5m public liability and £10m employers' liability insurance.
Do you install air conditioning in homes?: Yes, domestic air conditioning only at this time, both split systems and multi-split systems. We are an F-Gas registered company (FGAS ID FGAS3023734).
Which areas do you cover?: We cover Maidstone, Aylesford, Rochester, Snodland, West Malling, Kings Hill and the surrounding areas. If your town is not listed, call and ask.
